Assistant Chef
As an Assistant Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, working alongside our Head Chef to create and execute our unique menu. You should have a strong foundation in culinary skills, a creative flair, and a passion for Asian cuisine, particularly ramen and noodles. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and design of all food menus
- Produce high-quality plates, both design and taste-wise
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner
- Assist in the training of kitchen staff on menu items
Qualifications:
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience
- A passion for food and culinary arts
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Kitchen Assistant
Kitchen Assistants are the backbone of our culinary operations, ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen services. You will support our chefs by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in cooking processes. This role is perfect for those who are eager to learn and grow in the culinary field, offering a hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for dishes upon the chefs’ requests
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food storage areas
- Assist in inventory management and receiving deliveries
Qualifications:
- No previous kitchen experience required, but a strong interest in culinary arts is a must
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Receptionist
The Receptionist at Soupa Boulevard is the face of our restaurant, providing the first impression to our guests. This role requires someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage reservations and guest inquiries with efficiency and grace.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and walk-ins, providing guests with wait times
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information about the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
